Can I bring a guest?

Yes! We’d love for you to bring someone along — just make sure each guest is registered and has their own ticket. Everyone attending will need to be signed up individually. It’s a great opportunity to learn, connect, and grow together, no matter what industry you’re in.

What are the parking options at the event?

There is a 600 spot parking deck (pay to park) adjacent to the venue as well as 1000 free parking spots in numerous flat lots. You can also use ride share services to the event. You can check out the parking guide that will be available soon!

Is there a partner hotel?

Yes! We’ve partnered with three nearby hotels for your convenience:

The Westin Charlotte

The Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte 

Homewood Suites by Hilton.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

You can easily order an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel.

What’s the dress code?

Business casual is perfect. Charlotte will be warm in September, but the event will be indoors and air-conditioned, so plan for layers to stay comfortable.

How many people will be attending?

We’re capping the event at 800 attendees to keep the experience intentional and impactful. This helps us ensure you get the support, clarity, and connection you came for.

What is the content subject matter?

What is your refund policy?

As this event will sell out, all ticketed events will be transferable only - NO REFUNDS will be provided.  In the event you are not able to attend, you are able to transfer your ticket to another party up to the day of the event.  To transfer your ticket, please email: [email protected] with  the name, email address and city/state of business of the new ticket holder.

Will food be provided?

Lunch is on us for Day 1! Day 2 is on your own—unless you’re a VIP ticket holder (they’ll have lunch provided both days).
